This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit speculum.ai or email us.

2.1 When you email us
When you email us, including to request a demo or pilot, discuss a partnership or request partner documentation access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to write.
Providing information by email is voluntary. If you do not provide contact details or sufficient information, we may be unable to respond to or assess your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it.
2.2 When you visit the website
Our hosting provider records technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
The website does not use analytics and does not set non-essential cookies.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To manage any business relationship that results from it.
- To consider requests for partner documentation access.
- To operate and secure the website.
- To meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers
- Vercel — website hosting and security logs.
- Google Workspace — business email.
5. International processing
Vercel and Google may process information through their global infrastructure.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
Under our current hosting plan, Vercel runtime logs are retained for up to one hour.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to inquire about or review your personal information, obtain a copy, supplement or correct it, stop its collection, processing or use, or have it deleted. To make a request, email contact@speculum.ai.
9. Other websites
The website links to sources we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
